Q:  Why should I use MarbleLoc?

A:  MarbleLoc is one of the only (if not the only) product that will prevent food acid etching on marble and other sensitive stones (such as travertine, limestone and onyx).  MarbleLoc will also resist uric acids, stains, and heavy wear.  It can be finished to the desired look (from honed to polished).

Q:  What kinds of finishes can I have when I apply MarbleLoc

A: MarbleLoc only comes in one form, but after it is applied and has had a chance to harden, the fabricator can work with it to give it a matte finish, or a more polished look.  It is relatively easy to work with, though we caution against working the material too much.

Q:  Will MarbleLoc actually stop etching on marble?

A:  Absolutely yes.  MarbleLoc acts as a barrier even against harsh chemicals such as hydrochloric acid and battery acid.
