Synergy Concrete System FAQs
Q: What makes the Synergy Concrete System different than the other technologies out there?
A: The Synergy Concrete System is a flourochemical-based sealer that is manufactured with the use of nanotechnology. This means that the particles that make up the Synergy Concrete System are much smaller than those that make up other sealers. The result is better penetration of the sealer in the substrate and a tighter, covalent, molecular bond of the Synergy Concrete System to the substrate; this tight bond ensures that the Synergy Concrete System can't be penetrated by foreign chemicals. Additionally, this engineering results in a resistance of the Synergy Concrete System to nearly all chemicals including: acids, solvents, harsh cleaners, and automobile and aircraft fluids.
Q: Why is it called a System?
A: The Synergy Concrete System is called a "system" because the different components can be used together or separately. If all parts are used, it is a complete "system" for coloring, clear coating and sealing concrete.
Q: What is Synergy Base?
A: Synergy Base is a clear, solvent based, impregnating sealer that has excellent UV stability and can be combined with dyes or pigments to color concrete. If used as a clear, standalone product, Synergy Base will adhere to many surfaces and darken or enhance them slightly while protecting them from water, oil and stains.
Q: What is ConcreteLoc?
A: ConcreteLoc is a solvent-based liquid quartz formula that forms a thin and extremely durable clear sheild over numerous coatings including the Synergy Base. When used over the Synergy Base, it creates a semi-gloss enhancement of the underlying color. ConcreteLoc can be combined with Synergy Base in equal parts (1:1) to create a fast-curing, clear sealer. ConcreteLoc will protect the concrete from almost anything, including water, oil, aircraft and automotive fluids, food, uric and battery acids, solvents and pet spots to name a few.
