Description
NANO1000 was designed a
s a healthy, non-organic, nourishing treatment to protect the natural beauty of stone and masonry surfaces. It is truly a treatment rather than a sealer because it is not mechanically bonding with capillaries and pores of stones unnaturally in an attempt to seal them, but instead integrating with these natural minerals at a molecular level.
NANO1000 is very easy to install and repels the most difficult of stains, including graffiti, chewing gum, and oils. It will keep limestone and sandstone free of environmental etching, molds, algae, and hard water damage. It is the lowest cost solution for stone and masonry care with typical coverage averaging three-hundred square feet per gallon or better depending on the substrate. NANO1000 never chips or peels and can be re-applied as many times as necessary without ever changing the appearance of the substrate.
Application
Make sure that the surface is clean, completely dry and pH neutral before application. We recommend that NANO1000 be applied with a sprayer and then back-rolled; if a second coat is desired, apply wet on wet, within 20 minutes of the first application. NANO1000 can also be applied by brush, sponge or tack cloth. Due to the fact that NANO1000 will not alter the appearance of the substrate, the application method is not critical; chose the method best suited for your application.
The product will dry through within 45 minutes, but it must be protected from water for 4-5 hours before the water repellency will take effect. NANO1000 will reach its full cure in 7 days.
To check if your NANO1000 is still actively protecting the substrate, simply throw some water on it. If the water beads up and rolls off, you are still good to go. If not, simply condition the substrate with NANO1000 the same way you did the first time.

NANO1000 is 100% VOC free. It is designed specifically as a healthy, non-organic, nourishing treatment that will bio-degrade, causing no damage to the environment. We recommend that you use respiratory protection any time that you spray any of our products, but when using no-vapor applications, respiratory protection is not necessary when applying NANO1000. This product is nearly odorless, and safe around children, pets, plants and those sensitive to odors and chemicals.
